Anyone know of any damage formula that will alway reduce the targets HPs to 1?

It will always be one never kill it.

What about '3E Dam_(TarMaxHP-1) NS'?

That should work because thats the formula for Gravija/Gravi2, which of course make the opponents HPs go to one

I don't know if this is currently possible, but can I make an enemy cast a spell ONLY once and have it be right in the beginning of the battle or is that not currently possible?

I wouldn't want my enemy spamming this spell.

You can make it cost alot of MP, so that whoever gets the spell only has MP to use it once.

And he would probably use it first because its the best spell he has right?

yup

just make sure the Q on gravi 2 is high

if you leave it below 160 (I think 160 was the default?) and he has low faith it will be too innacurate for the AI to try it often

the AI also takes charge tme into consideration

Gravi 2, without tweaks, is not THAT strong really
