Help with use job points

I'm playing this game again after 15 years and I'm having a hard time.

Only now in the PSP version.

I'm at the beginning of the game and I've already unlocked some jobs.

Even with enough jobs points I can't acquire the skills of jobs.

Ex: At Job Black Mage I have 326 Job Points but I can't unlock Fire 1 which costs 50 Job Points.

Was it a game bug?

Or would there be any other way to acquire the skills of jobs?

This is definitely not a bug in vanilla, but you're playing a fan-made translation mod, correct? What mod are you using, and where did you get it? If it wasn't from FFH, I doubt there's anything we can do or recommend, you'd have to contact the mod author.

This is a translation I downloaded from Romsportugues.tk

But I already tried to play on PSP emulator
and PS1 on the cell phone and I tried the original game in English on the emulator on the PC and they all have the same problem.

I do not know what to do.

You need to go into the Ability/Learn menus.
I'm suspecting you're entering the ability browser, which only lets you view your learnt abilities; it doesn't allow you to purchase them.
