my father and I recently were given a deer, a very large deer, we got so much meat off it we don't have room in the freezer for it all. So I'm wondering, does anyone here know anything about making jerk?

Search under the Food Network's home page for Jerky recipes. Alton Brown has a decent one, I believe.

That's not fair. Alton Brown is good at everything food related.
