This might be a silly question. As the subject suggests, wondering if the cinematics are live 3d rendering or if they're just pre-scripted movie files.

Were these just promotional animations released from developers? Seem like the 3d models from the cinematics.
In the game, they are movies. So yes, that's just a demonstration, and those models do not exist anywhere in WotL.
They are super pretty to look at though :o
