Found http://www.wakfu.com/na (*retarded* name i know!)when looking for a mmo that was low spec & similar to tactics, hasn't launched beta yet but graphics/gameplay look awesome. one plus seems like you can create varied skin colors too! produced by Square Enix, made by Ankama!

(not saying that that's a bad thing though, but the game still looks like a glorified farm-ville to me)
