Anytime I try to save the original sprites as an .Spr file and upload into the shishi sprite manager it doesn't seem to load properly. Any suggestions on the best way to save those original sprites from the tools? Mostly would love to upload Alma as a playable character.
If you open Shishi and load up the iso, go to SPR export bmp... and save. Then select which sprite you want to replace on Shishi then import bmp... Select the bmp you just saved, which should be Alma, and voila! However, I just saved you the hassle of doing the first part. Just save this Alma.bmp and import her as BMP on Shishi. Ignore the whole.Spr file thang.
