How much of Deep Dungeon has been altered? More specifically, is every floor different? Are the secret items different?

The only floors with any major changes available on them are NOGIAS, TERMINATE and MLAPAN. Special item finds in the DD are listed under the item entries in the Master Guide thread, but that will only tell you which floor to find them on.
