I have a suggestion after looking at Llednar picture and your sprite.

I think you should add abit of details on the shoulder, like maybe a shoulder pad or something.
Also, i think you should move a few pixels to the left for that white color thingy; as it is facing side.

that's pretty good jim.
the sprite was based off his artwork, i just never realized the shoulder pads.  as for his white thingy i found that pretty hard to do...

For his white thingy, I moved a few pixels to the left but I'm not sure if it looks ok to you.

PROBLEM
I cant finish llednar because sprites are only allowed to have 16 colors... he has 18... if anyone knows how to solve this problem lemme know asap

hey zozma, i have to eliminate 3 colors not 2 cuz one is suppose to be left black.
anyways which colors should i drop from llednar?
i'm using gimp.

really? you see how his shoes and that thing around his waist are both white? and the feather in his hat too but the lightest shades of white on the shoes is a different white, in fact the next shade on the shoes is a different greyishwhite then the feather/thing white part of the legs

if you make the shoes color the same as the feathers white then you can eliminate at least 3 un needed colors

okay, i did it. but the three purples are still there and the color still exceeds 16. i noticed the darker color for his skin isnt needed... at least i think so. also the darkest yellow in his hair is almost identical to the darkest brown on his gloves an belt
