Lol.  Look man, I love the hack and appreciate the hard work that went into it but that's not very helpful jsyk. If the game had answered my question, I wouldn't have asked here.

This is assuming that I haven't already done this several times.  It may be supposed to work and show up somewhere ordinarily but that's what I'm trying to ask you.   

I have already stated that the ability purchases didn't show up at all anywhere that I've looked.  They still aren't there.

You'll have to forgive me as I have no idea what that means.  Is ASM a means to implement piecemeal hacks without having to start over from scratch?  I am noob lol but I'd like to learn more.  You guys are clearly wizards at understanding and manipulating the systems behind what makes Final Fantasy Tactics run.   

I'm not sure if this has been reported yet for Lion War hack but when you bench characters (very cool feature btw) or monsters that are in the main party menu screen it changes their names back to their original whatever it was when you un=bench them.  This is fine for monsters but characters that you acquired and named in the soldier barracks are permanently affected by this.  It'd be cool to have a feature where you could just rename these characters???   I'm sure this Could be a problem for unique npcs if this were implemented as cutscene scripts are already designated a finite amount of space from what I understand. 

I have an idea.  It's probably logistically impossible to implement but a headquarters function where you can store monsters, rename non-unique characters, storing equipment or simply trading stuff out as needed.  Lol I don't have any idea how this could be remotely feasible but damn it'd be cool.

Thank you that's a very generous offer.  I may take you up on that. I don't really have much in the way of technical expertise for editing game parameters. Gme?  Ehhhgg.   I am using open emu emulator and it's got kind of a janky save setup.  Actually I couldn't even tell you what format it uses.  Still there may be a way to convert it to gme. I'm sure there's a way to make that work.

I just completed the game.  Love all the work you guys have put into this. Clearly a labor of love and one I am all to glad to experience. 

One quick question. I unlocked shadow stitch for Ashley Riot. Not sure what skill set it's under as it traditionally fell under assassin use hand ability. Thank you! 

Damn. 4 letters huh?  After realizing this bug 30 hours into my current playthrough, I'm thinking of another 4 letter word right now. Lol.

Just realized I have a previous save outside of this bug or script hangup so I can come back to it.   I don't know if Balthier's quest is time sensitive or not.  I am pretty happy now that I have a certain riskbreaker in my party now.  TOUCHE

Hi love the lion war mod for psx so far.  I've run into an issue that might've softlocked the game. 
I am in Dorter attempting to get balthier.  However after the first few bits of text a thief comes out interrupting Ramza's dialogue. That part is scripted but then the gahe freezes.  No amount of waiting is going to make the game or dialogue progress. Unfortunately since this quest locks you into dorter and initiates battle as soon as you leave, it would appear I'm now stuck. Any ideas for workarounds?  I'm playing the game in openemu

Hello!  FFT is one of the best games EVER and I'm ecstatic at the thought of playing The Lion War hack with all of its cool features. 

I have a problem though.  I am a mac user and I'm not sure of any legitimate way to patch load this file with the psx copy.  It appears there are few options for patching the file reliably...  Are there any resources that might prove helpful here?  Thanks for all your hard work!
