Changing Ramza's sprite via FFTastic?

I was wondering how I could do this. I'm pretty sure I could do it with FFTEdit but the save I want to edit isn't in the first slot of the memcard. I already have the save file converted, I just want to change his sprite to something interesting. Maybe like a female geomancer sprite?(which might not be possible without changing his gender)

Since I have almost no idea what I'm doing, please help me.

Dunno if it will help but I think the easiest would be to use Shishi, export the spr of the female Geomancer and import it over Ramza and change his type if necessary.

I'm pretty sure that would heavily conflict with how the game handles Ramza
