Ok I need serious help spriting I have already opened Final Fantasy Tactics with FFT patcher and used utilities and gotten the battle folder, and now I don't know how I overwrite another sprite I want to replace, nor do I know the dangers of doing this any help would be much appreciated.

Well....it's safer to backup all the sprite files in battle folder first, just in case if you want to change back.
That's the advice i can give. Unfortunately, i'm not sure about psp version.
Sorry, can't help.
By the way, you use psp emulator? What file format does it need to open?
Because i also wanted to download fft lion war and play on psp ^^
Kindly upload the images to other image hosting sites. I can't view imageshack. Thanks.

If you have a backup file of your .ISO there basically is no risk.

You no longer need to decrypt fttpack.bin.

Just open Shishi's Sprite Editor. Open your PSP .ISO and find the sprite you want to overwrite and Import a new .bmp or .spr and save the .iso
I refuse to play Final Fantasy Tactics again until I am able to do my FF6 patch! And, FFT 1.3 doesn't technically count as FFT: so there!

Extract the unit.bin from event folder by using cdmage.
Then when using the editor, click open and type in "unit.bin" (where u extracted the file)
Then will show you all the sprites in black colour.
Kindly upload the images to other image hosting sites. I can't view imageshack. Thanks.

You have to use UMDGen for the PSP.

To edit the Unit.BIN refer to this thread for the video tutorial and download for the tool:
