All right, so here's a logic puzzle for someone. Looking at this, it should be assumed if I make a unit a Level 1 Knight, that he'll naturally have Squire, Chemist, Knight, and Monk unlocked.

Instead though, when entering the game, he has Squire, Chemist, Knight, Monk, Archer, Thief, Priest, & Wizard unlocked. Anyone figure out why?

Edit: I did change Monk's knight requirement back down to level 1, but it doesn't change anything.

I get what is worng..puting lv's 1 for a class make it unlocked right away.
Because all the jobs starts at job lv 1.
All jobs that is unavalable are at lv 1 even if you can't change into em.
So this unlock all the classes needing job lv 1 on the spot.
So if you put a *2* to archet, priest, thief and wizard istend of the 1,there will not be unlocked right away.

All right ... I did that, and now nothing but Squire and Chemist are appearing. Is that because Knight is requiring both knight & monk? I was hoping to have each 'tier' start with two base classes - but it might just be one now.

Edit: Okay, now I'm really confused. I made Knight only require 2 levels of Knight (and that's it) and made the unti start out as a level 2 knight ... but knight isn't unlocked!?

--- Wait, might have to start all the way over, instead of just from the save point. Figures.

Edit 2: Got it working. I tried making them level 2 before, but I think I lowered the JP requirement too low, so it counted them as level one or something. Thanks!

Wait, what are you trying exactly to do? If you want only 1 job to start with, just change the Chemist so that it is unlocked by level 2 Squire or something. If you want all jobs automatically unlocked, change all values of every job to 0. I hope this helped a little...
There ain't no gettin' offa this train we on!

No, I'm making three different tiers of jobs. In order to do that, I need each different tier locked from one another.
