Is it possible to create a skill that does not count as an action (so you could do another action at the same turn) or a skill that gives you 2 actions or 2 turns or something like that?
Not without ASM hacking. Which is severely limited on the PSP.

A change in CT can't go above 116, due to limitations in CT alteration.
could you make it so every other targets ct gets reduced by their spd value x2-3 and yours gets auto put to 100 [somehow modify temporarily the no act/move ct amount] after the turn is over, twice?
