I have reed a bunch of posts, and havent found how to replace a standart job like knight(or somthing) in to one cutom for all the characters in the party. Maby i was casted blind or something, but i dont see how its done!
You need to use FFTPatcher to make the changes. Get it at the main site and look at the new projects section for stuff about new jobs.
