Custom Job Help

Okay so I recently have starting hacking and modding this game. Right now I am putting Custom people in there. Everything is just great and its really cool. But my problem is that when I make a custom job and give it a custom skillset It will give me 2 skills for free. I am fine with that but when I go and buy others, in my case braver, it will not appear that i bought it in battle.

So really its just: I buy a skill with jp, it doesnt show up in combat.

This is the only problem i have had. Please Help.

does the character using braver have the materia blade equipped?

Oh no. I forgot that you have to have the materia blade to use them. Its been such a long time lol. But I think that will fix my problem. Let me try it. Thanks.
