Hmm, I took a look at it, and this appears appears to be a save for Lion Editor? If so, this appears to be a highly outdated version of such, though the FFTA named file has me confused... ash in any case, the Avatar you've chsen is quite sizable, but there are an incredible selection of portraits rippted straight from the game under "Profile" and "Show Gallery".

The version of Lioneditor you appear to have seems to be pretty outdated, also the galleries are in Profile and Show Gallery, that will show every portrait that's in FFT. As far as I can tell, I can't notice any saves in it.
