I've heard some say that PSX is the superior emulator, others say ePSXe.
AFAIK, PSX isn't as good but it's easier to set up, as ePSXe requires seperate plugins.
However, due to the fact I have an awful computer, what I want to know is which one eats less RAM.
And no, it's not a stupid question. It's actually important to me which uses less RAM. That's how bad my computer is.
Using PSX, I get slowdown on normal play, slight, but terrible in fullscreen. It's far from perfect in window mode anyway. I could have probably had a power nap during 'little money'.
Though I bet this problem would be alleviated if I switched to Linux instead of vista - one problem, my laptop crashes when I try to install Linux -_-
PCSX seems to run the fastest for me and is really easy to set up.
ePSXe for me, although not for memory purposes.
PCSX? I'll look into that.

Although the team now focuses on PCSX2, the current best ps2 emulator..

Ah..I see. But I would love for psp emulator =D
Haha.
I prefer PSX. Though I have ePSXe and PCSX just case a problem arises.
Sorry but difference between this two?
ePSXe has more add-ons and plugins and a natural shader.
Got PCSX, but the compatability list is looking dire. Where do you guys get your plugins and what would you recommend?
Ah...I see. Thanks
