Full details of Ashley Riot job and skillset?

I love playing TLW but I have to admit it's gotten easy for me, as a vet of the game. I really wanted to try the Ashley character but can't find the details of the job and skills. I don't mind creating and editing Ashley in myself into one of the difficulty patches using the patcher and tactext, but I don't know the "recipe" to create him.

Specifically, I want to use the Emergence hack or Kind of hack for the PSP version to replace Luso with Ashley.

Ashley uses an ASM hack for the various weapon requirements on his skills. So that's not something you can do on the PSP, unless you make up a new ASM hack for it yourself.
