Is there a way to create an ability to AOE damage enemies and heal allies at the same time?

Even better yet, target 1 enemy and provide an AOE heal at the target or caster?

I tried making Formula 02 ( first spell does aoe damage, linked to another spell that does aoe healing), with 100% Spell Proc ASM.
The results are weird... It normally does damage to enemies, but can damage allies or heal hostile too.

Honestly I was hoping to have the caster use an Absorb HP spell with Distribute equipped. However Distribute can't trigger from self heals     Unless there is an ASM that allows self heals to active Distribute somewhere?

However I am guessing that any status not listed here would not work?

I tried inputting 11 as the XX status (since 10 would be oil, and 11 should be float) however didn't work.

Any suggestions?

Is there any spreadsheets or tools to make treasures like materia useful? Perhaps a way to change their item id into that of an accessory so it could be equipped?

Do you have any plans to expand upon your ARH Lite system? While it works wonders for Ashely Riot, heck even other multi-weapon abilities in 1 class.

I feel there is leaps and bounds this Spreadsheet could provide

Example: Certain abilities are only useable while the character is inflicted with a status. - OR - Bravery/Faith must be this high/low.

Wondering if its possible to change a Job class during battle. Be like Equip Change, but jobs rather then items.  Or even if its possible to open the R/S/M screen during a battle, adding / removing, swapping.

Looking for a way to lock Ramza Max mp to 100 or have it never increase. Suggestions?

If not possible, then a way to make an Ability to cost a flat % of max mp. via always costs 25% of max MP to cast.
