Final Fantasy Hacktics

Wonder if anyone will see this and can help. I'm trying to add the Focus buff to another ability (Adelaide), but it doesn't seem to work in game. The "Focus" text pops up over the character sprite, but there's no buff (and no sprite stance, but it still gives Regen). For kicks, I gave Adelaide 4 range and the ability to target allies, and it seems to give allies the Focus buff just fine. Anyone know what's going on?

Also tried putting a resurrection effect on Nurse and didn't seem to work either.

Great tool! I've been looking for something to entice me to play another run and this might be it. But just a question first: Does the job editor affect enemies? I basically plan on boosting the stat growths of a few classes so I don't have to worry about swapping them to gain optimal stats. Otherwise I guess I can just transplant growths.
