Final Fantasy Hacktics

I'm currently following Jon's custom character tutorial (which is very good, I might say). However, I think Jon might have forgotten some information.

First, he doesn't initially tell us to open FFTacText, even though at the bottom of the paragraph he does tell us to close it. Also, he mentions that by the end of the step we should "have renamed 'Dish' 4 times, make sure you did!" But unless I just missed them, I can only see two times where he tells us to rename the character.

Could someone help me out here?

This is something I did just yesterday. It's the scene in WotL where Agrias gives Ovelia the knife that eventually leads to her death. I feel so bad for Agrias, 'cause it's pretty ironic that as Ovelia's protector she inadvertently kills her... >_>

Anyway, on to the picture!

I know it's very soft-shaded in an un-FFTlike way, but I haven't been able to break my habit of shading that way. Sorry, lol.

Hey guys. I was just wondering if your sprite hacks will work on a PS One emulator?

Monster Hunter Freedom 2 for PSP. Purely epic game. And I hear they're making a new one on PS3??

So, I've been thinkin' about it, and I've finally come to the conclusion that I'd like to become a spriter. I know how difficult it must be, but I can't help trying it out. ^_^ Even though I don't have much confidence in my skills, would anyone like to help me get started? How do I begin spriting?

Okay, I'm ready (finally) to replace two sprites in the BATTLE folder with the Cloud and Aeris sprites. Which sprites do I replace, and what will the effects of it be?

Okay, I have yet another question about this whole process. I have two PSP's, one Slim and one Phat. The Slim is v 4.05, which virtually makes it unhackable. I just took a closer look at the Phat though, and the system software is 3.90 M33-2. Does that mean it's already got custom firmware on it?

I know this is going to make me sound REALLY stupid, but what, exactly is UMD GEN?

Yo! My intro! ... Okay, nevermind, I'll act sane on this site. XP Okay, I am obviously a N00b at this, but my requests are simple; how do I get started? I own Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions (PSP, obviously  ). My "demands":

1: I would like to put Advent Children Cloud into my game

and:

2: I want to put Aerith Gainsborough in as well
