Balancing Golem

How should we balance golem?

1. It's perfectly fine.  After all, magic can still get around it.
5 (31.3%)
2. It's completely broken as long as you can regenerate MP.  BAN it!
0 (0%)
3. Increase charge time and/or MP cost.
4 (25%)
4. Enemy-only.
4 (25%)
5. Make enemies so hard (by taking away other options) that a player should golem.

6. ASM hack (if chosen, please specify below)
3 (18.8%)

What do you all think we should do about it?  I feel it's too strong in its original incarnation, but I'm not exactly sure what to do with it.
The destruction of the will is the rape of the mind.
The dogmas of every era are nothing but the fantasies of those in power; their dreams are our waking nightmares.

Kaijyuu

I dunno, really. I rarely used it except to grind JP when my summoner had nothing else to cast.

Seemed like it saved me 3 hits max, which is meh.

Smitson

It fucks with the AI too much.

philsov

To balance golem, simply remove/ASM hamedo.

Which needs to be done anyways, imo.

Its the golem + hamedo AI exploitation synergy that's the killer.
Just another rebel plotting rebellion.

FFMaster

It's balanced, but fucks with the AI, like Smitson said. Bag whacking over using Draw Out was a killer.

Stupid Season 2 tourney...
