Information regarding FFX Modding

I just wanted to know if someone has any pointers or texts pertaining to FFX modding. To my understanding there is no fan made SDK except for like a model viewer I believe. Whenever I search up this subject nothing seems to appear. Even though there are several texture replacement mods and an entire custom weapon equipment mod. I will continue to do further research so i apologize if i have missed something blatantly obvious.
