how to install War of the lions on pc and unpatch or open the folders of the mod

Hi there. I have a question... can someone tell me how to install war of the lions because so far I downloaded the files PSP Game folder and UMD_DATA.BIN but I don't know the procedure to convert files from bin to iso and to unpatch it. Can someone at least be decent and tell me step by step how to install this great mod?

I searched on google and youtube and nothing was observed regarding my issue.

I downloaded the ppsspp to take my chances to play the wotl but an error popped up saying failed to load etc....

I can't even be sure what you're trying to do here. You haven't even mentioned what mod you're trying to use, and it isn't required to convert or unpatch or download multiple different WotL files before you even got to the part about applying a mod.
