Help creating a new skill

Hi everybody, I Spent this two last days looking for this information, but, i just can't find out, So, i want to create a new skill, but i don't know how to use the battle.bin, or stuff like that ((I've read some battle.bin articles)).

I mean, i'm not a moron, but, you know, i'm new...xD

most new skills can be crafted within the fftpatcher program and then inserted in most skillsets.  

The abilities below Parasite are useable, just make sure you change their ability graphic as the current one (1F??) crashes the game on use.
