And I have a problem with my sprite, when I want to import the BMP file.
The sprite is changed to be like this



I don't know where the problem is and the portrait is gone. So please tell me can it be improved ?

Which shishi are you using? Latest?

No, not really. I have this problem too, actually, with Vanya's warrior sprite. Try import them to older shishi version. That's what I did.
