Quote from: "Zozma"give the hair one more color, simply use one of the skin tones for a sheen.
then its all good
I think I need to eliminate one more color =P I'm pretty sure it has 16 colors without the background one. How do you suggest I get rid of another color? I'll try something...

Looks like you used some programs color reduction instead of doing it by hand. I would recommend going back and doing more color reduction on your own and then having the program figure out the rest for you. Plus I just noticed those two blue stripes on the armor and those look horrible.

he has more than 16 right now? hmm youll have to improvise then, perhaps one of the greys. as annoying as it is to only have white used for 2 pixels per frame id say dont sacrifice that one tho.

Yeah... I'll be removing the stripes. That will save color room... And, I actually did do the color reduction by hand =P

Nevermind Cheetah, I removed the blue stripes. I was putting them on because the sprite has them, and I was thinking I should put them on the make the portrait look more like the Zalbag portrait, but it doesn't matter anymore cause it looked stupid.

Anyway, it freed up two colors, so I could correctly shade my portrait and make the eyes look much better.

Not bad Zalge, but the pupils look kinda huge on it... zozmas/cheetahs are kindy more conservative with the size of their eyes... lol that sounds really weird...

Looks much better Zalge, good work. What Sentinal Blade says about the eyes is pretty true, but it might just be the original Ramza portrait.
