Darthpaul is right, the angle of the stach is a bit off. I'm not sure what color you want his hair to be, but right now it just kind of looks blueish gray. I think you need more pixels of the lighter shades of the hair color. Overall the design is good and good overall for a first attempt. You are just missing a few details and shading stuff.

well the angle depends on how you look at it... i see it both ways... but im still working on it...

Eyes are flat, beard is rotated right by like 5 or so degrees, throws off the image, the hair needs to blend better, and the beard looks scruffy, and the dark area behind the head could be refined to make it look easier on the eyes...

Being truth full, unless you want me to say "Looks Awesome!"... O.o
