I stopped for several reasons. First, because I didn't think there was very much interest. Second, because of the Nvidia leak, which I thought might make my efforts worthless. Finally, because my company made me return to the office.


I didn't realize the nvidea leak would take 5 years to come true but my fears about it were right. It is getting retranslated, again.

I noticed on the sign-up page on the forum

link doesn't seem to be working as intended. it links to a non working index.php?topic='2588.0""' instead of index.php?topic=2588.0 which results in a non opening link. the href shows as

<a href="//" https:="" ffhacktics.com="" smf="" index.php?topic="2588.0&quot;&quot;" class="bbc_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener">descriptive titling</a>
I am guessing something caused the index.php as well as some unnecessary quotation marks to somehow escape the href=""

This is awesome and exactly what I had in mind and what I am currently doing for myself. I started just cleaning up typos but then I found myself really liking some of WotL's lines. For example "I find dead men rout more easily" is just gold.

But, by the same token, "blame yourself or God" should have never been changed. And I agree with you on the names, Algus sounds way better than Argath.

I wish you continued this, but in any event thanks for what you put out already.

This is actually a vanilla feature. Your choices in certain events can impact your Bravery.

NM my first question just saw the requirements are simply job level 8 for Knight and Black Mage.

But do you need to keep the Female Knights that join with Agrias to get her birthday scene like in WOTL?

Hi Nyzer, first and foremost, thank you for this awesome mod. Sorry if this was asked already, but i noticed that bravery on some of my units has raised after some fights, right after the first mandalia plains. Is there some circunstance that makes this happen? I just couldnt find this kind of info in the update logs.

I wanted to share sprites that I have made over the years. I just recently got back into the game but never had the courage to share my creations.

These are all what I use personally for fun so perfection is not my goal. There may be some poses that look a little strange or off but so far these look pretty good in game.

The portraits are all quickly thrown together and overall mediocre but after creating entire sheets I didn't really care. lol

You are all are welcome to use these as long as I am credited.

Dude, your mod is sensational! I liked this update from bahamut.

I had the impression that it was more balanced. Before to pass the prologue it was a difficulty and from the first scenario it was an insanely derpy! Which was disproportionate in my opinion because it was the beginning of the game.

I'm in Chapter 3 and I liked the evolution of the difficulty, and the abilities of the monsters. It brought a good degree of difficulty to the game. And on the other hand, it optimised several classes that were previously left aside, making them more attractive.

The random battles became really random! Many really random and difficult monsters and enemies.

Now I have some observations to make.

  • The non-vision of the base status of each equipment gets in the way, like to know how much HP, MP, Atk... each equipment I have to equip it, when pressing the select key only shows other information such as rarity and additional effects. The display of which classes the equipment can be used would also be a good one.
  • How do I increase the bravery of the characters? The mediator has the ability to increase and decrease faith. But bravery only has the ability to decrease.
  • The look of warrior and archer are very similar, it confuses a lot.
  • Some visuals of some jobs and monsters on the team formation screen is one, in the battle is another, I don't know if this was due to the limitation of the PSP platform
  • There are skills that are repeated between some jobs, such as Ramza's full power

Congratulations again for the work.

Ramza will eventually gain a Bravery Up ability that can be targeted to allies later on. Orlandeau will also have another ability like that too.
