I doubt. I think it just highlights friend's posts and doesn't display foe's posts...

Ignoring what other people have only makes the user lose out on information.  An enemy feature should contain something like the ability to minimize their posts, not an auto-ignore.  As it currently stands, it would only be used on spambots (which we don't even have much of).
