This seems like a good place to test out Asmo's idea of having multiple spriters working together on a sprite, and we even have the added luxury of the design and profile steps being removed in some cases. We need some joiners and closers.

Post some stuff up, and I might volunteer to be a joiner. No promises, though.

updated the little boy

added in the 10 year old girls arms, as expected they work like a charm

hes missing dead frames and singing frames and that's it. and of course some fine tuning which i am not up for

the arms on the attacking frames need to be repositoined or perhaps the body itself.

frontal attacking frames might need to be reworked.
someone else fix it, i am a bit retired here

Sweet! These are coming along great. They'll make some good basses for other sprites.

youll also notice that completing bariten would also aid in completing one of the male mourners who has the same kind of robe

the arms are kinda fine for me,Im having major problems with head, since there is no bald with no shirt on FFT,it turned out to be very difficult,I took his torso from the Berseker with a hat and boots and pants from the 20yo man.

Im still working on the arms since they look like shit,I didnt expect that removing that armlet would cause so many difficulties

you're trying too hard for the head on the back views. Keep it simple. Also theres some inconsistency with the arms between the front and back views. The back view has larger delts. Much larger.

I just cant do the head,I have no reference, for me,working with balds showed up to be more difficult than work with hair

I would be very happy if someone make a proper head for the back views

why not use the back view of Malak to get it closer to being bald. . . its just a different skin tone but he is basically almost bald. . .

I just got home,Malak didnt work,it has a different style of shading, after checking this,I just realized that I need someone to fix his head

I did a change for the arms,I took Barret's arms(notice that I didnt removed the armlets to preserve the preview before I try to remove it),from my own experience,I say that the back view is inconsistent comapred to the front view(the arms looks flat)

Here is what I have of hooded Gafgarion. Though you can dismiss the palette of the walking animation and I may have removed his chin strap, but that is easy to replace.
