Save game editing... possible?

So i've been editing abilities, in game text and sprites for a month now and im getting decent at it. Now I have a question about save game editing... is it possible? When I say save game editing, I mean editing your units bravery/faith, zodiac sign, name, etc... is this possibe? I've looked around on ffhacktics and I can't find anything on it... maybe ive missed something? <3 zack
