It's the AI that kills FFTA for me.

Uh, FFT units swing at 03% Blade Grasp all the time. Or 15% Abandon. FFT's Archers also fire at 20% Arrow Guard all the time. (Examples)

This doesn't happen because either AI is bad. It happens because neither of them are aware of the player's reaction abilities, that's just the way it's coded. It doesn't know, mathematically, what those reactions do or are capable of doing.

I remember also my Ramza with Catch, I once had like over 25 Exaliburs, Chaos Blades and the like each. And for some bizarre reason like 70+ Save the Queens. It must have glitched, I don't remember Catching that many...

Ultimatly this decision is up to Zodiac. While I know myself that I would enjoy seeing FFTA hacked as much as the next person, this is Zodiac's website and if he doesn't want that stuff here it will be hosted elsewhere. However, I don't see why it would be a bad idea to have a section like that (I mean, there is a Naruto section), and the game has the potential to be a very, VERY good if someone was to sit down and take their time and find a way into the game.

Like I said, if Zodiac doesn't want it, then that's that. However, it just seems silly that if people are interested in hacking it (and currently are) why we don't host them here.

In the end it's up to Zodiac. I didn't like the game, due to the art style and "OMG IM IN A BOOK" plotline, but would I object to a section for it? No, if you don't like it, then don't go to the section... But I also see why one would not want it here, aside from "It sucked ass" It really is a completely different game. Your example of WOTL is a different case, WOTL is the same game with alterations. Again, In the end it's up to Zodiac.

I have my own reasons for disliking FFTA and FFTA2, but the game has serious potential game-play wise, this coming from the guy who did the first FFTA SSCC on youtube

Also, most Tactics advance players, if not all, love the original tactics game (Not all tactics players love Advance). Were as, some naruto players have no Idea about tactics in all.

I started playing FFTA 2 yesterday, it is much better than FFTA. So the order imo is technically FFT is the best, then FFTA2 and then FFTA. I like them all, but only love FFT.

FFTA2 has better game play no doubt. Something about it makes me detest it. Of course, that is only my opinion. The first one is my favorite, maybe because of the weapons, and the missions them-self.

IMHO, FFT will always be better than FFTA, but I can see real potential with FFTA.
Just like with a hack of FFT, the whole storyline of FFTA could be rewritten. The
characters could have more depth and personality, and the storyline could be
less childish. I think it would be great to have a FFTA/FFTA2 forum here. I know
that with the help of all the talented hackers and spriters on this forum, a lot of
progress can be made.
