Maybe some written rule could prove useful...

(I apologize if it has already been discussed)
Hi everyone
I was thinking that in this forum there isn't any written rule to refer to, and, because of this, 80% of the times something like this happens
A new user joins, he doesn't know where to make his first post (No intro topic) and he post in spam
In spam we flame him to death and he ragequit making lot of (over 9000!!!!) flood-posts.

see this

With a post average of 599186.11/day, I think he has contributed enough not to get banned.
Maybe he could have brought some nice idea...
I'm not saying this to allow shitty people to join, or to restore the intro topic, but maybe a better description of the sub-forums or a message for the new registered users would be nice
Maybe, before the first log, a message could appear "No intro message needed...spam is for flame war and shit, it's a non-serius forum, avoid it if you have some problem with it"
What do you think about this?
Please Discuss

FFH ToS:

- Do not post like a douche.
- There is no need to introduce yourself to us.
- Do not copyright infringe, like ask for or provide ISOs/ROMs
- Spam is reserved for contributors only.  If you post in spam only, expect a ban.

Done.

Re: ABGD:  His post count glitched when he entered the abyss.  100% of all posts isn't some ragequit post spamming.
Just another rebel plotting rebellion.

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)

I really don't care, because the rules here are common sense. Either don't do something stupid, or get banned. A just and fair system.

Something like this that pop in the screen of a new user for 20 second would be more than enough IMHO

Read them. Less than 100 word post is a ban? Everyone here should be banned by that logic, we've all used swearing in posts too. Read the contents of a URL before you post it.

I'm starting to think that you guys like the fact that shitty users join without knowing how the forum goes so you can flame them to death and make them ragequit in tears...
