i downloaded the bio and put in the file bios of psxfin and its ok
now,appeared a screen with writed:memory card,cd player and main menu

OK, you need to download the ISO, which you saw at emuparadise. Download it, then run the file in pSXfin.

they name are:7za   ecm   MAC    pakkiso     pakkIso
have more but.what i do with they ?
when i open 1 of they it automatic close *--*

OK, I -think- you want to use 7zip to unzip the .7z file. From there, you should have a .bin, .iso, or .img file. From there, go to Arquivo, then Run ISO (or whatever that is in Portuguese), and select the .bin, .iso, or the .img file.

are compression formats, so files take less time to download.

You are going to want to download the NTSC-U version.  It is a *.rar file.  You uncompress it with Winrar.  

(heeey, they have easytype up there!  sweetness!)

ECM Tools:
Download PakkISO 0.4 (Recommended) - PakkISO is *even better* than ECM tools because it automates everything. Download and install, and then simply right click on the game folder and select "Unpack ISO" or drag and drop the game's folder onto unpakkIso.exe. The program will automate all the steps for you. It will unECM the files and decompress the APE files too, to give you a .BIN which you can then mount and play!

Download ECM Tools - Required if your file is of .ECM type and you need to convert to ISO/BIN/CUE. ECM is a special compression technique which allows better compression on CD images and thus saves on space as well as bandwidth! Learn more here.

Directly from the download page.  Grab PakkIso and uncompress the .ecm file into a playable format.
