I know how to create an event my only doubt is. because from that time to compile the event

copy/paste the event you want to edit from the PSX Events.txt file to events.txt.
The event.txt files that comes with the tools is invalid, sorry.

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)

hum. has no way to compile event.txt

in the case utilizes the decompile and compiler does not
