Hah, thanks jimmy. And I somehow got it to 16 colors already! Should I change his mouth, skin tone, or anything? And do you guys notice any weird pixel fluctuations that I should take care of?

Ironic smile, eh? I'll keep working on it. Right now I got a smile, but I dunno whether it's all that ironic...It definitely looks cunning, to me at least.

Hmm...one different smile. Lemme know if it seems different, better, worse, etc. Heh, there really aren't that many ways to do smiles in FFT.

I think smile don't really working well in this portrait. Maybe is because of the face, not evil enough or something; so with the smile, it looks funny.
I mean, he looks like a good gentleman ^^

Try making the curve on the smile a lighter color maybe? Like, not the same shade as the rest of the mouth to make it an even smaller smirk. Its just an idea.

Maybe think it's the face shape. This guy has the more square jaw; we tend to see smiles on the rounder-faced blokes, I think. I dunno.

Smiling is done as much with the eyes as it is with the mouth.

However, there are a few I don't recognize. Which are the two right next to the Auron potrait? And to the left of Luso? And the two to the right of Adelle? (who is to the right of Luso)

Left of Luso is Kaze from Final Fantasy Unlimited, made by KazeKasano. Next to Kaze is some unknown portrait (Combination of Ramza and Mustadio, if I'm not mistaken) Haha. And next is Ajora.

Next to Adelle is Arche from FFXII, I think and next to her is Penelo from Final Fantasy Tactics A2

Yea, Mike. I compiled them as reference for the Llednar's portrait but unfortunately, I failed...miserably. Haha.
Also, note that these aren't all the portraits of FFTs. Some original portraits from FFTs and some custome sprites' portraits.
But, I'll compiled all existing portraits of FFT as they are amazing and very useful for reference.
