I think we need to base it to Blansch's arms

The only problem with this sprite so far is that its palette's colors still aren't divisible by eight. So, I'm currently editing that, and afterward will get to work making new frames.

I was messing around in class and made some Balbanes head swap portraits.

I don't think either are that good (especially the neck area), but I figured the since it said post concepts here this would be the best place if any to post them.

I gotta say that the first one looks pretty damn decent, in my opinion. If you clean up the shading on his cheek and chin, it'll be really nice. The second one looks iffy, since his head is facing a slightly strange angle for the armor. Great work, AB.

Alright, I'll try fixing up the first one, but I'm gonna drop the second one... it's kinda bad and I don't think any tweaking I can do will make it look very good.

The angle of his face on the first works with the direction of the armor, but on the second they don't match up.

The darkest shade is way too dark and it kinda looks like his head is squished in there. Try mimicking the neckline on Balbanes's original portrait or the first portrait AB posted.

I'm not lovin' the ponytail. Imo make it longer or make it go into the hood.

Bloodthirster0

I finally decided to make my Balbanes project sucessful,so I worked again on my sprite and I got it 95% complete, only missing the death poses that are too complicated to be done by me,since it is the cavalier,a sprite that doesnt have regular death poses.

Here it is
Need something useful to write here

Jon

Ah, very nice, he sorta dies kneeling though??? Not a bad idea, just will be strange in game. However, since this is Balbanes, maybe he never really dies and just rests? Who cares though, the sprite sheet looks solid, and if you don't mind, may I attempt the last death poses as they are, just fix the hair? This sheet is definetly getting stolen by me ;)

Also: where does the portrait go? I left a box outline where to paste the Cannoneer's portrait (done by Smash, still thankful to him because it is so marvelous), but no idea on the Balbanes sheet, but no worries...
There ain't no gettin' offa this train we on!
