How to edit tietra/teta sprite

I wasn't able to replace teta sprite with any custom sprites with Shishi sprite editor. How can I fix it? Whenever I wanna import custom sprites to teta sprite it always get an error. And I'm just able to replace other sprites like type1,type2, etc except the short. I'm a newbie here

1st, newbie or not, there is a section called "Help", this is where you should've posted this, 2nd, what do you mean by "the short"? Are you uploading a .bmp or .spr file over Teta/Tietra? Strange that it doesn't work then...
