Generics joining as guests is too specific of a hack that won't see any practical use without the ability to have said guests in any battle. i.e. the way I originally developed the hack was a bit ugly; it meant to go by roster ID, and I never made a hack to allowed removing those units either. It was a hack I developed for a specific project, and without any extension, all you will be able to do is complain about how it just screws up the game on its own. There's a good reason for the removal of any of my hacks. Some were just not doing what they were meant to do, others were transformed into a more convenient spreadsheet form. I can't speak for others though, but I would guess the same.

You have to know the "normal stats"to multiply it by 10X,the problem is how do you see the normal stats in the first place,since the base number is randomly generated before multiply the growth and multiplier of a job.If the normal stats is below 1000,fine,just uncheck the ??? flag,but what if the normal stats number is over 1000?

EDIT: Upon remembering that Choto had a fix for weapon strike, I decided to try and patch that fix in, and lo and behold, it seems to be working fine. Still have to try and see if there's any other unwanted side effects or not.


Did you mean combining Choto's Weapon strike hack with DW's random fire hack,does that hack has the Load Delay issue?

By the way doesn't Choto had a multi hit hack of his own?Did the AI problem fixed?

Im not seeing what you are getting at here..

EDIT: Also, with a bit of research it would be known that many older hacks suffered from load delay issues, causing them to not work on actual hardware or most emulators, so many had to be remade and some people may have chosen to simply remove their offending hacks in those cases

I've browsing through alot of sticky lately and find alot of old hacks are removed via editing by OP.Some of the old hack that are not removed was considered obsolete aswell.

How is this a thing?FFT is the same game,its not like the game itself received an update or something,how is hack became obsolete?

I found alot of old hack has some function that i need,is it possible to still use them?And is there anyway to find those old hacks that are removed by OP?

In FFTpatcher Ability Section there is a flag at bottom section named "Random Fire",what does this flag do?

I've check and saw Hydra Triple Attack and Truth/Unthruth use this flag,but does that random hit property already included from the formula itself?Whats the point of this flag?

If a unit with a ??? flag,how to see the exact number aside from using Demi(or Drain) to estimate the value,since the 999 damage cap,1/4 damage won't work on unit has more than 4000 (for instance 20000)HP.

Like Mimic is only useable by Mime and not equipable by any other class.Is it possible to make math skill only work with calculator and not equipable by any class?

In FFTorgASM,there is some code with load delay warning,what exactly does load delay do?Any examples?
