Before i said anything i just wanna point out i didn't make this or anything of course so I take no credit. Sense i found all this information thrown around in many places i figured it wouldn't hurt it i posted what i found here. Also bare in mind this is my first like real topic meaning anything of little importance so i apologize if i do something wrong, ill try my best
I've looked if anyone else here has posted this stuff before and i didn't see anything so if i missed it i apologize again v,v
Anyways!
Below is what I've gathered Oh and please note these are for Action Replay
*Quick Edit here* - I forgot to say any Unit\Character created with these codes will have everything Mastered, or in my case. So if you wanna be able to learn stuff i think there are codes to unlearn everything, that being said its probably best to do this with a fresh game file. Also I've had a problem where their race keeps saying Nightshade. Probably something i'm doing wrong but idk just thought id let y'all know
Base Code - This is the Base code I've been using like a guide if i forget stuff goes where.
Sprites - Dem Pictures and unit.. sorry that i cant explain better.. #EverythingYouSee Note* if you try to use something the sprite doesnt have animations for you'll probably freeze. Just saiyan

Names - Most\Maybe all names that the games uses. I think its just most tho. I think i came across a name i wanted that wasn't there but i cant remember
Remember, all male unit names on the left of the slash and all female unit names on the right.
Triggers - This is just a piece of the AR code if you want to change how buttons to press to turn it on in game
3BB - Select + Up 3EB - Select + Right 37B - Select + Down 3DB - Select + Left 3B7 - Start + Up 3E7 - Start + Right 377 - Start + Down
Okay that's all i have
One very important thing tho. A lot of Sprites don't have Opportunity animations therefore if their Smash Gauge fills up it'll freeze SO! If someone knows how to take Opportunity Strikes out the game, maybe changing the gain or it popping up whatever is easiest these codes would be so much better
Again i take no Credit for any of these, it all goes to the person\people who worked hard to get these whomever those\that people\person are :p

I remember working with these a while back. I'll share something from my notes, since you're doing this. It's basically a template for a full modifier code. Might have some lines you missed, like equipment:
C0000000 00000006 (these four lines master all abilities) 20000052 000000FF DC000000 00000001 D1000000 00000000
D2000000 00000000 (last line=needed no matter what)
EDIT. Also, the ONLY non-playable class with opportunity sprites is the Keeper. My theory is that it was originally the sprite for the playable class that would have used the untouched grenade items.

I'm guess i'd just stick one of these lines in the middle of the base code huh i don't know anything about the actual numbers this is just stuff I've found around the internet, i just put what i had in one place.
But i thank you for you're notes tho, i guess i can throw in some random numbers and write down if the game exploded or not lol
One thing tho, that untested Smash Gauge code. Could that be made where the it never fills (question mark)

Hm...I would think someone could rig a smash gauge never filled code by spreading a zero value across all of the character slots. Unfortunately it wouldn't be this code. This code is specifically designed with triggering in mind.
But yeah, just load up values into this stuff. I remember some of the stats have quirks, though. Like attack, defense, power, and resistance actually have a value out of 999 just like HP and MP. The reason they don't reach that in-game is that this value is divided by 4 for display purposes.
I wish I could give you more in-depth answers but it's been literally years since I played with FFTA2 character mod codes.
