How to add new jobs to the job board

Ok. I wont to make a patch for my fft wotl. With it i wont to add jobs to the standart characters, to the job board. So they can learn advanced classes/skills not includet in the standart game, like Hell Knight or somthing. Can any one tell me how to do that?

We can not yet add generic jobs to the job wheel. You can replace existing ones with new ones, and add skills to existing ones though. You could also create a new character with a custom skill set too.

Ok. Then from what should i start to make the "not yet" to "yet" happen?
