Final Fantasy Hacktics

Okay, I was working on a sprite, but for some reason, the avatar is screwy, does anyone have any idea what I could do to try to fix it? so far, i was going through the palettes 1 at a time and trying to change it to the counterpart on the original, but for some reason, the colours look different when I changed it to the 'right' one and wanted to know if i was doing anything wrong.

(sprite Etheria was done by Miroshi Beshima and the body was done by someone, don't remember offhand)

2 things, your colors were out of order so naturally the picture wont look right

and you had a dupe of one of the blue colors, meaning you were also missing another color.

here, is this how you wanted it?

Well, with much patiance and help from Zozma, it's Ichigo or at least him 75% done, I say 75% since I need to make a portrait and various pallets. let me know of anything that needs fixing other then what is already stated and I'll see what I can do to fix it.

Hm, I seem to be having a similar problem as Xeno3 with his sprite, only with a Japanese-made Red Mage. >.> I'll attach it, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong, but you need to put both parts together.

well idk if where things are placed really affect the sprite but some sprite pieces are in really weird places if one is the top and one is the bottom of the two pictures

well I got an alternate pallet done for ichigo. lol idk how to install it just yet but at least one pallet down. it's suppose to be the hollow ichigo form.

Waaaaaaaayyyy too bright

well I mean hollow ichigo is all white baiscally other then his eyes and certai nother parts of his cloths that are clack, take this picture ofr example:

Just tone down the values a bit. Use the White Mage values or Rafa's values for their whites.

Yes the white you used are way to much on the bright side and this sprite would stick out more than usual. Tensa Zangetsu rocks btw.

lol this sprite would rock for the deep dungeon, ll j/k, unless... we made him like a ghost or something of the sort

hey i strongly encourage you to finish that DEB sprite, it looks nice.
You're playing down how good the sprite is based on the fact that you got parts from other characters, but it really is a nice idea.

(one idea i had for DEB was the shrine knight costume but with a normal knight cape over it.) but this looks great too
