Download UMDGen v.4.00 and load up the ISO in it.

Open up the PSP_GAME folder and the USRDIR folder in it. The fftpack.bin file should be there. Right click on it, select "Extract selected...", and save it somewhere.

interesting problem i have been getting is when i rebuild the bin it is smaller than it should be so the iso is about 20-30 mb smaller and the game wont even get by the opening scene before crashing

your first problem was already answered on other threads please look next time but as for your other problem be sure youre not leaving anything out and make sure your file sizes for things like sprites dont change (they can be tricky) as for keping them the right size just look for your answer on the sprites section
I never learn from my mistakes.
