maybe they can be turned into something semi decent

i think the very worst parts of them are the portrait, and the head. parts of the body MIGHT be salvageable, and maybe the arms alone ar good...

the coloring is off too, they used too sharp of a color set

yes very and the sprite head looks like someone from a nuclear reaction with a huge forhead

well for the dark knights why not just use gargarf's(or how ever it's spelled, thats what we call him over here) sprite edit out the head and tinker around with his sprite sheet via Photoshop and the color adjustment option.

if the arms arent completely crap then the sprite isnt 100% garbage...

dang lol the bmp sprite sheet had such a dark lavander that I thought the whole thing was black at first >_<  but not bad darthpaul, but I think dark lavander just doesn't suit it very well, well at least in my opinion, other then that great job

i have a special project to work on before i improve it

I wanted to try to make a close copy of that Tifa sprite but right now i only have the hair done. Does it look okay? Its pretty much the dancer hair with some changes though.

Okay I'm done the stationary views. I'm also done the front walking animations. Do the colors look alright because i was limited? I have 3 skin colors, 4 hair colors, 3 shirt colors, 3 glove/shoe colors, hair shine, shade, and background, so i couldnt have a different color for the arms sleeve things and the skirt.
