Item Organization?

Is there anyway to re-order my items?

I.E.
daggers
swords
shields
rods

As opposed to them being listed in the order they were acquired? It doesn't really matter gameplay-wise, but I'm OCD about stuff like that and it really bugs me. :/

yes you can, i forget which button does it, but when viewing the list of items in the formation screen, you can sort the list in several different ways

and then just move them around like you want.

I swear there was a way to auto-sort them by PA, MA, HP, Mana or something along those lines.
