I'm trying to make a new gun for my War of the Lions, but I don't have a clue of how to get started? Is there a tutorial for making new weapons & etc... If so, please let me know.

Use of ePSXe before 2.0 is highly discouraged. Mednafen, RetroArch, and Duckstation are recommended for playing/testing, pSX is recommended for debugging.

I'm trying to edit my sprites for my PSP ISO, but this message keeps popping up everytime I'm trying to open it from CDMage:

Help! / UWEntries & FFTOrgASM help

I've been working on this all of last night. I am brand new to this hacking thing, but I managed to understand it.But I have a problem towards FFTOrgASM...
I've made changes to the yellow column of UWEntries & copied everything into a new file from the xml tab ( made an xml extension ). Then I put it in the same directory as FFTOrgASM.
But when I opened FFTOrgASM, nothing. I was told I should see " UWEntries: UNIT/WLDFACE Entry Edits ". I've clicked on everything, but nothing.....
