I gave him other hat to make him look more unique, tried to fix the outlines(and failed, it's hard damn!) and added hair. He might look like young Elidibs but ignore that

The outline still needs work. It's gonna be really tough to get that to work...

The hat looks okay, but you need to add more shading where the hat comes in contact with the skin/hair. And the part where it goes straight up looks a little too linear, so clean that up a little. There's also some weird pixelation on the hat--near the middle of it, I dunno what's going on there, but just extend the rim out and it will look better.

Just looks like a bit of blockiness to the shading there to me.  Smoothing it out should be enough I think.  The place where the hat goes straight up is only obvious in the bigger version.  I think it looks fine in the normal size.

I have no idea as to what to do with outlines :/

About hat, it's very strange to be "pixelated", cause it's straight from Elidibs, I only changed far right side.

Does that include the palette?  If there was a palette change, then perhaps the different shades are more drastic a difference than the original.

Looks good, in my opinion. He still resembles Elmdor though--those pants, would it be possible to replace them (and the shoes too, I guess)?

Hmm....its still looking bit odd. Although it isn't black, but its still look outlined. Try to blend in abit. ^^

The tail looks a bit odd, and misplaced on the rear-side view. Not bad overall though.

I will ty to fix it later, I had other tail in fourth frame, it looked good, but didn't matched with tail in first frame, I will try to change both tails.

Yeah, it does still look outlined, but with such a harsh color limit, I dunno how to fix it...

The Zidane looks okay--the hair looks a little strange on all views, the arms are a bit too big (or something) and the pants need better shading. And the tail looks weird, but I think you're still working on that, so I'll give you a pass.

Well Fein was supposed to finish his hair but he dissapeard, the pants are not modified by me, it's all from Algus, but I know what part you talk about, tail is really hard to do as you said I'm still working on it ;), arms shouldn't look big, cause it's from Algus, I had to modify it a bit though.

Would it be possible to use a different set of arms? Maybe one of the bare arms? Male Monks? Actually those look close to the male Monks' anyway, so....
