I'm no artist but all the proportions look good to me. Well, except the lady's eye in the bottom left. Looks odd to me.

Im guessing the lady is an escapee and the other looks for her.

Or the lady tries to follow the others in silence to spy em.

If you look at the top right women,seems like she heard something and is looking her way...

Yep she's trying to avoid being attacked and or worst. She's in the scablands and these tribes are known for they're treatment of foreigners.
