I always preferred seeing a Shrine Knight battle personally.

Vormav, Rofel, Kletian, Balk, Wiegraf, Meliadoul, Izlude.

All with Strong equips.

But I could give real thought battles for END of the like.

Load your ROM Image, go in the Events folder, right click SPELL.MES, import... and select the extracted file from the site.

D'oh, I just noticed the title wasn't really appropriate.

Well, I'm currently compressing the file containing the spell quotes. Right now I'm at  ~70% of the original file size. that makes about 4k free character. =D

I also fixed the US version in this way:

Life is Short, bury! <Pause 1s> Steady Sword! <Pause 2s> <Auto Close Message Box>

Exactly like it was in the original JP version. They'll probably "fix" this too in the PSP version in any case.

I thought that while I was at it (creating a spell quote for Dejeon) I should do that too. I'm almost finished, and should upload it in a few hours.

I'll create a full working Dejeon Spell that instantly turns the target into a chest (I don't want crystal abuse).

Any idea for new battles... or anything!?

Well for them to pierce evasion would mean to make them gun, which Chemists and mediators can use. ;/

Give them a new formula, but they're very limited since you have to use general abilities formulas.

Axes with Holy Sword Formula = axes dealing constant WP * PA damage and 100% chance of inflicting any status you wish.

Normally it's 25% per status and the same goes with magic.

Sadly you cannot determine a new attack range using any ability. The game has 4 specific flags just for that, But I feel that's not enough.

And your reason for Exp/JP gain, because it displays fast?

What about those two options? as far as I know they always slowed me down but EVERY time I watch a FFT video, it's on. Wtf am I the only one who gets sick seeing that?

Wha- wait... you mean having an Onion Knight with the full onion set and a Dark Knight with similar abilities to Gaff doesn't balance the game? =O

However, each map are so different that almost every of their blocks are stored at a different place, in a different file, which is probably the use of the GNS file to tell where. That means, I may be able to hack one, but trying another one might just be as hard.

Effects in term of data size are rather... very small. That is if you remove the picture. I had no luck with shell, so now I'll try with a very simple one instead. (shell was much more complicated than I thought)

The following are being on study.
- Effects (abilities' animations and possibly sounds)
- Maps (Hard, VERY complex structure)
- Events (Requires massive amount of testing, lot of information to gather also)

If you want an update, I could say I tried to change the Effects, but failed miserably. All I can do right now is modifying the graphics. I wasn't able to alter in any way yet their given path of animation.

I haven't even found their color palette yet. -_-'

AH!, I wonder if they'd even fix Blade Grasp (no arrow guarding).

100% Reset CT to 0. Hit enemies with almost full CT and if you're lucky, it will help. ;o

Gravi 2 would be a real zodiac killer. ;/ (Especially Altima; it bypasses Damage split)

And a chance to add death even with a good attack doesn't seem enough to me.
